This session will offer a space to create mutual connections among members of the Immigrant, Refugee, Asylee and International (IRAI) community and key service providers included in The Mecklenburg Access Portal (The MAP). In addition, a demonstration of The MAP web-based resource database will be conducted. The session will be cosponsored with Mecklenburg Area Partnership for Primary Care Research (MAPPR). A workshop centered on building collaborations in the community will also be offered.
