We will try the unique experience known as Dim Sum. Dim Sum is the name for a Chinese cuisine which involves a wide range of light dishes served alongside Chinese tea. Dishes come in small portions and may include meat, seafood, and vegetables, as well as desserts and fruit. The items are usually served in a small steamer basket or on a small plate.

We would love for you and anyone you bring to join Adventerous Palates for some Dim Sum this month!

Hey all! In case you're confused--Dim Sum has been rescheduled for October because when we tried to go tonight the restaurant was closed for the 4th of July holiday.

Rattlesnake absolutely counts! Unfortunately (or fortunately?) it's not a dish available in the Queen City, so you'll have to let us know how it is!

Is there a night in Sept.? My wife and I look forward to meeting the group and look forward to Oct. Also, I believe several years ago dim sum was actually only served during certain hours on the weekend at Dim Sum. I am glad to hear it is available on week nights and look forward to having it again. Thanks, BK Turnage

The Adventurous Palates group meets every 1st Tuesday of the month! So glad you will be able to make it in October for Dim Sum.
