A 4-hour program of Mecklenburg Ministries in which people of different races, religions, and backgrounds will come together to:
• Expand your understanding of differences;
• Exchange views of privilege, power and prejudice;
• Interact through structured exercise and personal storytelling;
• Share your vision for the future of our community;
• Have fun and get to know one another;
• Explore ways to move past differences to respect, understanding, appreciation, and
deeper self-awareness.
Friday Friends is a program for people committed to building inter-group trust in our community. This special session of InnerChange is being offered for Friday Friends or those who want to become Friday Friends. Join because you welcome exploring important issues in a dynamic, small-group, intercultural setting, and are open to the free exchange of ideas opinions and experiences – and the possibility of inner change.
Cost: $10/person (for materials and refreshments – scholarships available)
