"Dollars & Sense" explains how the city, county and state develop our budget and distribute funds while exploring the impact on our neighborhoods, community and the services and programs offered within it. You'll learn the most effective ways to affect the decision making process, influence government policy makers and impact the distribution and application of government finances and funding.
