Empowering Underserved Children To Succeed
The Charlotte Post Foundation has identified and adopted the thirty-eight Billingsville students as Post Foundation Scholars. The second grade students will be enrolled in the Seigle Avenue Freedom School—an award-winning, six-week literacy-based summer learning program—who will be evaluated pre and post program by the Institute for Social Capital for success results.
