Founded in 2000, we are an all volunteer organization. Our mission is to nurture, strengthen and empower the Asian American business community for economic growth & prosperity, and to enhance Asian cultural awareness and civic engagement in the Charlotte region. Through these efforts, the Chamber would endeavor to become a significant part of the larger multicultural fabric of Charlotte.

The Asian-American Chamber’s initiative has introduced the Dragon Boat Festival to Charlotte and will utilize this traditional Asian culture event as a community building project. This cross cultural activity promotes fitness, teamwork and appreciation of Asian history and is suitable to people of all ages and gender to participate--thus making it even more attractive to the citizens in our area.
