I also believe that this is unrealistic. As Charlotte being one of the top job markets in banks, schools are achieving greatly, and being in a great streak of growth, and just overall seeiming to be crime and problem free. although all these things might not be achieveable all at once, I also believe that anything is possible and that anything can happen. "Be the change you want to see in the world."

While this video is unrealistic, the idea is right. The situation portrayed is a perfect scenario, which .isn't realistic, however if everyone tries to connect as a community instead of just an area, Charlottes area will continue to improve
