This scenario is definitely the scariest one of the four, and is a possibility for the future of Charlotte, as well as other cities. If diverse people living in the same community don't work to understand and relate with one another how can a place function sufficiently? I think its all of our responsibilities to be open minded and considerate of others in order to insure a better future for this city than Fortress Charlotte.
