The white mother in this story drives me absolutely crazy! She's so judgmental and mean to the house keeper of her office who is already going through so much, being homeless with a son! But then again, if you stop and think about it, how many times have you been rude or snappy with someone at their job as a cashier or waiter? Maybe we should stop and remember that we don't always know whats going on in someone else's life...
