I think that racial barriers are being broken down more now so than ever. I do agree that Charlotte cannot become a crime free city over night; however, I think that we need to get in the mindset of we can change Charlotte. An individual might not be able to by themselves, but I think we could make it a better city. I also think that the point was that in order to become this new Charlotte, we need to have more interracial trust and relationships. Which since we were ranked #49, we obviously need to improve on it.
