I feel it is great that there is someone trying to make a change in the community with the youth center. Also I feel the mother should let her son stay where he feel he is comfortable, also if he is learning well he is. Parents should be more involved in their child’s lives, therefore there will not be many secrets that is withheld, so the child won’t feel hurt that they have to keep it held within and the parent won’t be very hurt when they find out. “You can’t educate someone without an open mind” is my favorite quote from all four videos other than the Gandhi quote given in Class Act. I also believe the building of one community center is not the solution to solving Charlotte’s problems, but it is just the beginning. Eye to Eye is what I feel Charlotte should strive for. The lady realizing that she was wrong for her actions and admitting that she was wrong was a big step for her, and I feel that everyone should view their actions before they act.
