With an expanding city, and economic growth, these factors are sure to boost the aesthetic appearance and prospect perspective of a great city. Although as shown here in Class Act, the lack of intermingling or rather the steady continuum of the old south mindset will inherently leave us at a peak where the infrastructure is strong but our own inner structure of divided communal relationships can be snagged and tear us in places, that can tear us in pieces as a city.
