Charlotte has potential, and there have been many glimmers of hope that show Charlotte is changing for the better. In my experiences been much community organization such as the Charlotte Coalition for Social Justice, which is helping tackle the issue of discrimination and building inclusive relationships with students all around Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. This organization has, over the past years, shown that students in Charlotte are definitely interested in living in a city where cultural diversity and inclusion are fundamental to the cohesion of us all.
