I don't want to relate crime with poverty but if you do by just counting number of poor in jails, then you are right. I liked how the preacher was pointing out all the racial/cultural difference. He made a good point that if we can't trust our neighbors, who would want to trust us no matter who we are? I hope that change would come and Charlotte is not the same as it is today. I hope it is better and the racial/cultural tension is gone.
