After watching this story it reminds me most of how things are beginning to be like right now in Charlotte along with everywhere else in the United States. I think that Charlotte is most likely going to be most similar to this story in ten years than any of the others. privilege

This video got my attention more than the others. The video's negative outlook on the future is pessimistic but, unfortunately, may be close to what actually happens here in the Charlotte area.

I find that it's a shame that a person is just rode up on and shot but that's the way it has been for a while. I also feel that in Charlotte it will not get to the point where there is just no positive news because many students each year are increasing the freshmen size at UNCC, therefore I feel these students are going to succesfully graduate and make a positive change in... read more

I sure hope this isn't what happens to Charlotte in the future.

I did not like this video at all. I also agree with some of these people that if Charlotte does become like this who would want to live here. Also, do shelters really turn away people when they are full? If they do, I don't think they should even if they don't have any beds. Let them sleep or sit on the floor. I'm pretty sure they would still be grateful.

Looks very similar to where I'm from (Durham) except a bit more extreme, and with a look only at the negative aspects. It was interesting and the facts were sorta eye-opening, though I didn't think that they were shocking or unimaginable. Could have added more to the "plot line". My grandpa says "3 hots and a cot" all the time.

At first, I can't lie, I couldn't get my mind off the bad acting. The turning point for me in the story was when the vet said he would rather be in Iraq. To think situations here, in the US-the country he fought for, was worse than the middle east is unreal. I think of all the problems we have, homeless is ignored the most unless it invovles children. There are so many bad stereotypes... read more

This scenario is definitely the scariest one of the four, and is a possibility for the future of Charlotte, as well as other cities. If diverse people living in the same community don't work to understand and relate with one another how can a place function sufficiently? I think its all of our responsibilities to be open minded and considerate of others in order to insure a better future for... read more

This video was really bothersome to me. If this is how Charlotte ends up in 10 years I don't see how anyone would want to live here.

WoW. Charlotte in the year 2015 is scarey. A hire rate of gangs and shootings, and girls even being involved in it. It is really sad to watch a movie like this because the shelter was full, no jobs, no house, basically no food, and no money. Even the person who fought for our freedom in Iraq was being mistreated. I caught a couple quotes out of this story. A gentlemen stated, "What is... read more
