The walls do need to come down in Charlotte - look at crime, housing, jobs, and education. If we all make an effort with our individual talents, we could change lives and strengthen Charlotte.

Write a ResponseWhy does the vet still look all beat up from the first one? I thought these were supposed to be different scenarios. In all seriousness, though, maybe it would have been better to have a middle ground between the first one (really super bad) and this one (super good).
It's crazy how something little can impact someone’s life and make a difference as well!
While this is also very optimistic, I also feel this is the most attainable scenario. I also feel that, despite the underlying problems that still exist, this is a right step forward for the progress of Charlotte.
With an expanding city, and economic growth, these factors are sure to boost the aesthetic appearance and prospect perspective of a great city. "Be the change you want to see in the world" Nothing is impossible once we break down the barriers that seperate us, we are all one people.
If everyone came together and wanted change then I believe that Charlotte could be like this. I don't see race to be an issue where I live in Charlotte but I have had experience with race problems in other parts of Charlotte.
I like the part at the beginning where the two guys that don't even know each other exchange words of encouragement. I also liked the quote "Be the change you want to see in the world."
It would be great if this is how Charlotte will turn out to be by 2010. But unfortunately the economy would have to change dramatically. It is something that we could all strive for and possibly things could be a little better around Charlotte economically before 2010.
