Many Cultures One Community
During the month of November 2011, Crossroads Charlotte presents a 30-day series of community-wide events and workshops looking to build trust across ethnic, racial, and cultural differences as well as improving access to Immigrants, Refugees, Asylees and Internationals (IRAIs) in Charlotte-Mecklenburg.
The effort will include a strong communication and awareness campaign about trust across differences and the real stories of the Immigrant community. It will culminate with a community-wide event highlighting the most relevant topics and resources for creating access for the IRAI community and building trust across cultures.
The calendar below lists Crossroads Charlotte events (listed with the header MANY CULTURES) as well as other events in the community that are relevant to the IRAI poplation.
